L&T Completes Amalgamation of SiliConch Systems with Semiconductor Arm

Larsen & Toubro’s step-down subsidiary SiliConch Systems has been amalgamated with L&T Semiconductor Technologies, a wholly owned subsidiary of the company, the company said in a press release.

The company said the merger has been approved by the Regional Director, Western Region, Ministry of Corporate Affairs, through an order dated March 13. The appointed date for the scheme is August 10.

Following the merger, SiliConch Systems ceased to be a step-down subsidiary of Larsen & Toubro from March 24.
