Godrej Prop 2025-2026 Bookings Rise 16% to ₹341.7 Billion, Records Highest-ever Performance

Godrej Properties reported its strongest-ever operational performance in 2025-2026, with record bookings, collections, operating cash flow and business development.

Booking value rose 16% year-on-year to ₹341.7 billion, the highest ever reported by an Indian real estate developer. The company sold 17,515 units during the year, with a total area reaching 27.0 million sq ft.

Collections increased 17% to ₹198 billion, while operating cash flow rose 5% to ₹78.3 billion. Direct construction spend jumped 62% during the year.

In January–March, booking value stood at ₹101.6 billion, up 21% sequentially, making it one of the company’s best quarterly performances. Collections for the quarter came in at ₹79.5 billion, rising 14% year-on-year and 86% sequentially.

Geographically, Mumbai Metropolitan Region, Bengaluru and NCR were key contributors to sales. The company said its diversified portfolio across cities and projects supported sustained growth.

Godrej Properties added 18 new projects during the year with an estimated booking value potential of around ₹421.0 billion, more than double its initial guidance. It also delivered projects spanning 12.1 million sq ft, exceeding its annual delivery targets.

The company said promoters increased their stake during the year by 5.0%, investing ₹26.7 billion in Godrej Properties. Promoters also raised their stake in holding company Godrej Industries by investing ₹18.9 billion.

Godrej Properties said it has now remained India’s largest residential developer by booking value for the third consecutive year, supported by consistent growth across markets.
