Craftsman Automation Arm to Sell Aluminium Piston Assets to Shriram Pistons & Rings

Craftsman Automation Limited has announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Sunbeam Lightweighting Solutions Private Limited, has secured shareholder approval to sell specific manufacturing assets to Shriram Pistons & Rings  for ₹280 million, according to a regulatory filing submitted to exchanges by the company.

According to the filing, the divestment will occur in two tranches. The transaction is expected to be consummated on or before March 31, 2026.
