CEAT Ltd. on Tuesday said it will invest up to ₹35.5 million in its wholly owned subsidiary, Tyresnmore Online Pvt. Ltd., by subscribing to shares through a rights issue.Tyresnmore Online is engaged in providing doorstep tyre and battery fitment services, the company said in an exchange filing.
