Brigade Enterprises Limited has signed a joint development agreement for an 8.63-acre land parcel in East Bengaluru, marking a key step in developing a larger 39-acre residential township, the company notified the exchanges.

The proposed project, located in the Whitefield-Sarjapur corridor, is expected to have a gross development value of around ₹72 billion, the company said. The township will primarily focus on large-scale residential development.

The company is assembling the overall land parcel through a mix of outright purchases and joint development agreements, with the latest deal acting as a trigger for advancing the master-planned project.

Brigade is targeting one of Bengaluru’s fastest-growing micro-markets, supported by strong infrastructure expansion, improving connectivity and rising employment hubs. The project will include multi-generational housing along with planned amenities and supporting infrastructure.

The company sees continued demand in the city’s residential segment and is focusing on building integrated communities across key growth corridors.
