Zydus Healthcare Appoints Swati Dalal As MD For Five-Year Term

Zydus Lifesciences Ltd. on Monday said the board of its wholly-owned arm, Zydus Healthcare Ltd., has appointed Swati Dalal as additional director and managing director for a five-year term, effective immediately.

Dalal brings over three decades of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. She began her career with Wockhardt Nutrition before moving to the erstwhile Boots.

As the company underwent a series of mergers with Knoll, Solvay, and eventually Abbott, she held several leadership roles, progressing through the organisation, Zydus said in an exchange filing.
