ZF CVCS India's MD P. Kaniappan Steps Down After Completion Of Term

ZF Commercial Vehicle Control Systems India Ltd. on Monday said that P. Kaniappan has ceased to be the Managing Director and Director of the company following the completion of his term.

The change is effective from Monday, the company said in a filing with stock exchanges.
