Waaree Energies To Sell 2.4% Stake In Indosolar Via OFS 

Waaree Energies Ltd. on Wednesday said it will offload up to 1 million shares, or a 2.4% stake, in its subsidiary Indosolar Ltd. through an offer for sale. The sale will be conducted over two days—Thursday for non-retail investors and Friday for retail investors—according to an exchange filing.

The floor price has been set at ₹265 per share. Non-retail investors will have the option to carry forward their unallotted bids to Friday.
The offer is aimed at meeting the minimum public shareholding requirement, Waaree Energies said.
