TVS Motor Names Sudarshan Venu As Chairman From August 25

TVS MotorCo. Ltd. said Managing Director Sudarshan Venu will be elevated as chairman and managing director, effective August 25, according to an exchange filing.

The company said Ralf Dieter Speth, its current chairman, will step down at the close of the annual general meeting on August 22 and will not seek reappointment as a director.
