Schneider Electric Infrastructure CFO Suparna Banerjee Resigns

Schneider Electric Infrastructure Ltd. on Monday said its Chief Financial Officer Suparna Banerjee Bhattacharyya has resigned to pursue opportunities outside the company.

In a stock exchange filing, the company said her last working day will be communicated later. Suparna will also step down as key managerial personnel and senior management official. She was appointed CFO on August 9, 2023.
