Samvardhana Motherson OKs Allotment Of ₹3.52 Billion Bonus Shares

Samvardhana Motherson International on Monday said its board has approved the allotment of 3.52 billion fully paid-up bonus shares, aggregating to ₹3.52 billion. 

Following the allotment, the company’s paid-up equity share capital will increase to ₹10.55 billion, it said in an exchange filing.
