Sammaan Capital Board Clears ₹2 Billion NCD Issue

Sammaan Capital Ltd.'s board has approved a public issue of non-convertible debentures worth up to ₹2 billion, the company said in an exchange filing Wednesday. The issue, comprising a base size of ₹1 billion and a green shoe option of another ₹1 billion, will open on Tuesday and close on July 28.

The debentures are rated ‘AA’ by Crisil Ratings and are proposed to be listed on both the BSE and the National Stock Exchange.
This will be the company’s fourth public issuance under its ₹20 billion shelf limit.
