RBI Clears Sandeep Batra’s Reappointment As ICICI Bank Executive Director

ICICI Bank Ltd. on Monday said the Reserve Bank of India has approved the reappointment of Sandeep Batra as executive director for another two-year term, from December 23 to December 22, 2027.

The bank said it will seek shareholder approval for the reappointment in due course.
