RBI Clears Reappointment Of Rakesh Jha As ICICI Bank Executive Director

The Reserve Bank of India has approved the reappointment of Rakesh Jha as executive director of ICICI Bank Ltd. for two years, starting September 2, the bank said in an exchange filing on Thursday.

“This renewed term of two years is within the five-year term as previously approved by the Board and shareholders,” the bank said.
