RattanIndia Board To Consider Fundraising Plan On Wednesday

RattanIndia Enterprises Ltd. will hold a board meeting on Wednesday to discuss and approve fundraising proposals, the company said in a filing to the stock exchanges. 

The company is considering raising capital via equity shares or other securities, potentially through a rights issue or any other approved method.
