Promoter Increases Stake In Tanla Platforms Via Block Deal

Tanla Platforms Ltd. on Monday said its promoter Dasari Uday Kumar Reddy has acquired 1.86 million shares, or a 1.38% stake, in the company through a block deal on the stock exchanges.

Following the acquisition, Reddy’s stake in the company has risen to 23.10% from 21.72%, the company said in an exchange filing.
