Prestige Estates Launches ₹33.50 Billion Residential Project In Chennai

Prestige Estates Projects Ltd. on Monday said it has launched a 21.84-acre residential project in Chennai, Prestige Pallavaram Gardens, with a gross development value of ₹33.50 billion.

Located on the Pallavaram–Thoraipakkam Radial Road, the project comprises 2,069 premium apartments in two-, three-, and four-BHK configurations, with a total saleable area of 3.1 million square feet, the company said in an exchange filing.
