Olectra Greentech Names P.V. Krishna Reddy As Chairman; MD Steps Down

Olectra Greentech Ltd. on Friday said its board has appointed P.V. Krishna Reddy as the new chairman, effective Saturday. The board also accepted the resignation of Managing Director K.V. Pradeep, which takes effect Friday.

Pradeep had submitted his resignation on June 9, though the effective date was not specified earlier. The company said it is currently looking for a suitable candidate to fill the role of managing director or chief executive officer.
