NCLT Clears Merger Of Five Wipro Units With Parent

Wipro Ltd. on Wednesday said the Bengaluru bench of the National Company Law Tribunal has approved the merger of five of its wholly owned subsidiaries with the company. The tribunal’s order was dated Friday, the company said in an exchange filing.

The merged entities include Wipro HR Services India Pvt. Ltd., Wipro Overseas IT Services Pvt. Ltd., Wipro Technology Product Services Pvt. Ltd., Wipro Trademarks Holding Ltd., and Wipro VLSI Design Services India Pvt. Ltd. Wipro’s board had approved the merger in October 2023.
