Kaynes Tech Arm To Buy Fujitsu’s Power Module Production Assets

Kaynes Technology on Tuesday said its wholly-owned unit, Kaynes Semicon, has signed an agreement with Fujitsu General Electronics to acquire production lines for power modules and other specified assets.

The deal is valued at 1.59 billion yen, or roughly ₹940 million, the company said in an exchange filing.

The acquisition is aimed at boosting Kaynes' semiconductor capabilities and aligns with its broader expansion in electronics manufacturing.
