Jyoti CNC To Acquire 20 Acres In Karnataka For Future Expansion

Jyoti CNC Automation Ltd. on Friday said its board has approved the acquisition of 20 acres of land at Tumakuru Machine Tools Park in Karnataka. The land will be used for future expansion and growth initiatives, the company said in an exchange filing.

The purchase will be funded through internal accruals or debt, depending on requirement.
