ITI Receives Final ₹250 Million Tranche From C-DOT Under Land Sale Deal

ITI Ltd. on Monday said it has received the final tranche of ₹250 million from the Centre for Development of Telematics, completing the payment under a land sale agreement between the two entities.

In May, the company had received ₹500 million from C-DOT as part of the same agreement. The deal stems from a dispute resolution involving a 22.26-acre land parcel at Electronic City in Bengaluru. As per a revised order from the Administrative Mechanism for Resolution of Central Public Sector Enterprises Disputes, ITI was directed to transfer the land to C-DOT for ₹2 billion.
