IREDA Opens QIP At ₹173.83/share; May offer Up To 5% Discount

Indian Renewable Energy Development Agency Ltd. (IREDA) opened its qualified institutional placement (QIP) issue on Thursday, setting the floor price at ₹173.83 per share, the company said in an exchange filing. It may offer a discount of up to 5% on the floor price.

The issue price will be determined in consultation with the book-running lead managers. Meanwhile, the trading window will remain closed until further notice in connection with the QIP.
