Intellect Design Arena Ltd. said it has entered into a strategic engagement with a leading South African bank to deploy its eMACH.ai digital engagement platform across nine countries, marking a key milestone in its digital transformation journey.

The platform will be deployed as a single instance in South Africa, supporting operations across six countries on cloud and three on-premise, meeting local data residency rules. It will serve both corporate and retail customers, offering a unified and enhanced experience.

The eMACH.ai-powered transformation will enable the bank to deliver personalised services across channels, lifecycles and life stages, with the platform offering 360-degree engagement, integration with core systems, and plug-ins for fintechs, merchants, and e-commerce partners, the company said in an exchange filing.
