Intellect Design January-March Profit Up 93% On Quarter; 2024-25 Revenue Down

Intellect Design Arena Ltd. on Friday reported a 92.8% sequential surge in consolidated net profit to ₹1.35 billion for the March quarter. Revenue from operations rose 19.1% on quarter to ₹7.26 billion.

On a year-on-year basis, net profit jumped 85.4% and revenue rose 18.3%. Other income increased to ₹226.42 million from ₹151.74 million in the previous quarter.

Total expenditure, including finance cost, stood at ₹5.64 billion, up from ₹5.32 billion. Finance cost was ₹9.86 million versus ₹10.23 million a quarter ago. The company’s tax outgo nearly doubled to ₹457.46 million from ₹229.19 million.

For 2024–25, net profit rose 3.6% to ₹3.33 billion, while revenue slipped 0.3% to ₹25 billion.

The board has declared a final dividend of ₹4 per share and a special dividend of ₹3 per share.
