IHCL Adds 100 Hotels In 2024-25, Portfolio Reaches 380

Indian Hotels Company Ltd added 100 new locations in 2024-25, comprising 74 hotel signings and 26 openings, taking its total portfolio to 380 properties.

“The 74 signings mark a record for IHCL and reflect a robust pipeline of 137 hotels,” said Suma Venkatesh, Executive Vice President, Real Estate & Development.

The expansion was not limited to domestic markets, as IHCL also expanded its international footprint under the Taj brand by entering Bahrain and Ras Al Khaimah, adding 800 keys to its Middle East portfolio, the company said in an exchange filing.
