Happiest Minds Technologies Ltd. saw its consolidated net profit slump over 32% on quarter to ₹340 million in the March quarter. On a year-on-year basis, profit dropped 53%.
Despite the profit decline, revenue for the quarter rose 2.6% sequentially to ₹5.45 billion from ₹5.31 billion, and jumped over 30% on year.
Total expenses for the January–March period increased nearly 5% on quarter to ₹5.08 billion, led by higher employee benefit costs, which rose over 1% to ₹3.59 billion. Finance costs fell more than 8% on quarter to ₹247.40 million. Tax expenses for the quarter dropped 13% sequentially and over 32% on year to ₹163.80 million.
For the full financial year 2025–2026, consolidated net profit fell 26% to ₹1.85 billion from ₹2.48 billion a year ago. Revenue for 2024-25 rose 27% on year to ₹20.61 billion.
