Happiest Minds Appoints Anand Balakrishnan As CFO

Happiest Minds Technologies Ltd. has appointed Anand Balakrishnan as chief financial officer with effect from Thursday. Venkatraman Narayanan will continue as managing director but has stepped down as CFO, the company said in an exchange filing.

Balakrishnan has over 20 years of experience in financial management, accounting and strategic leadership, and has held senior roles at PwC, KPMG, Marsh McLennan (formerly JLT), GE Healthcare, and Mindteck.
