Gravita India Promoter Trims Stake By 3.4% Via Open Market Sale

Gravita India Ltd. on Monday said promoter Rajat Agrawal has offloaded 2.50 million shares, or a 3.39% stake in the company, through open market transactions on Friday.

Following the sale, the promoter’s holding in the company has dropped to 32.38% from 35.77%, the company said in a regulatory filing.
