Eternal Ltd. Caps Foreign Ownership at 49.50%

Eternal Ltd, previously known as Zomato Ltd, has announced that its board of directors approved a proposal to limit total foreign ownership of the company's equity instruments to 49.5% on a fully diluted basis.

 This includes foreign portfolio investors, non-resident Indians, and foreign shareholding investments on behalf of persons resident outside India, the company stated in an exchange filing.
