DLF on Wednesday announced that it has signed an agreement with Srijan Realty Pvt. Ltd. and its subsidiaries to sell its information technology and IT-enabled services special economic zone (SEZ) in Kolkata.
The transaction includes a freehold land parcel measuring 25.90 acres and the constructed building DLF Tech Park, which has a gross leasable area of around 1.05 million square feet, the company said in an exchange filing.
The agreed consideration is about ₹6.93 billion, subject to adjustments as specified in the agreement.
The IT special economic zone reported a turnover of ₹862.6 million for 2023–24 (April–March), accounting for 2.11% of the company’s consolidated turnover, DLF said.
