CCI Approves 360 ONE WAM’s Acquisition Of Batlivala & Karani Entities

The Competition Commission of India on Tuesday approved 360 ONE WAM Ltd.’s acquisition of Batlivala & Karani Securities Pvt. Ltd. and Batlivala & Karani Finserv Pvt. Ltd.

Batlivala & Karani Securities operates in equity broking, investment banking, financial product distribution, and research analysis.
Batlivala & Karani Finserv focuses on distributing financial products, the regulator said.

360 ONE WAM will acquire the two companies from Saahil Murarka, Batlivala & Karani Resources Management, and Swapna Murarka. As part of the deal, Saahil Murarka and Batlivala & Karani Resources Management will acquire a certain shareholding in 360 ONE WAM.

The regulator did not disclose details of the shareholding being acquired by 360 ONE WAM.
