Castrol India Joins VinFast to Provide EV After-Sales Support Nationwide

Castrol India Ltd. said on Wednesday it has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with VinFast Auto India Pvt. Ltd. to provide after-sales support for VinFast’s electric vehicle customers across India.

Under the agreement, select Castrol auto service workshops will be available to VinFast customers, the company said in an exchange filing. These outlets will feature VinFast-branded service bays, certified electric vehicle technicians, and VinFast parts.

VinFast will supply service manuals, diagnostic tools, training, and warranty coverage, while Castrol India will ensure the workshops meet infrastructure and capability standards.

VinFast, a subsidiary of Vietnam-based Vingroup JSC, manufactures electric vehicles and is expanding its production capabilities across North America, Europe, and Asia.
