CARE Ratings Upgrades Aadhar Housing Finance to ‘AA+’

CARE Ratings has upgraded the rating on Aadhar Housing Finance Ltd.’s long-term bank facilities to ‘AA+’ from ‘AA’, while retaining the outlook as stable, the company said in an exchange filing.

The upgrade reflects the company’s operational and financial performance in 2024–2025, CARE said.
