Capri Global Capital Opens QIP With Floor Price At ₹153.93 Per Share

Capri Global Capital Ltd. launched its qualified institutional placement (QIP) on Monday with a floor price of ₹153.93 per share, the company said in an exchange filing. The floor price represents a 15% discount to Monday’s closing price of ₹181.34.

The company may offer a further discount of up to 5% on the floor price. The final issue price will be decided in consultation with the book running lead manager.
