CA Dawn Sells ₹14.5 Billion Worth Of Indegene Shares Via Bulk Deals

Public shareholder CA Dawn Investments offloaded 24.48 million shares of Indegene Ltd via bulk deals on the National Stock Exchange, fetching a total of ₹14.5 billion, exchange data showed.

As of March 31, CA Dawn held a 10.2% stake in the company.

Among the buyers were Societe Generale – ODI, Smaller Cap World Fund INC, Irage Broking Services LLP, Abakkus Emerging Opportunities Fund-1, and PI Opportunities AIF V LLP, who collectively picked up 6.61 million shares for around ₹3.9 billion.
