Brigade Enterprises Board Okays Fundraise Of Up To ₹15 Billion Via NCDs

Brigade Enterprises Ltd. on Monday said its board has approved raising up to ₹15.00 billion through non-convertible debentures via private placement in one or more tranches.

The company said the debentures may be listed on stock exchanges depending on the board's decision at the time of each allotment, according to its exchange filing.
