Bajaj Auto Credit To Raise Funds via Debt Instruments

Bajaj Auto Ltd. on Thursday said the board of its wholly-owned arm, Bajaj Auto Credit Ltd., has approved raising the limit for fresh issuance of non-convertible debentures to up to ₹50 billion.

The board also cleared an increase in the cap for issuing commercial papers to ₹30 billion and tier-2 subordinated debt to ₹7.50 billion, the company said in an exchange filing.
