AU Small Finance Bank, LIC Tie Up To Boost Insurance Penetration In Bharat

AU Small Finance Bank on Monday said it has entered a strategic partnership with Life Insurance Corp. of India to distribute LIC’s life insurance products through its network of over 2,456 banking touchpoints across 21 states and four Union territories.

The tie-up will allow AU Bank to offer LIC’s portfolio including term plans, endowment policies, whole life insurance, pension and annuity products, and child-specific plans. The bank said the partnership aims to enhance protection and retirement planning solutions for customers across rural and semi-urban India.
