Aster DM Gets Nod To List 18.61 Million Shares Issued On Preferential Basis

Aster DM Healthcare Ltd. on Friday said it has received approval from BSE and NSE to list 18.61 million equity shares of face value ₹10 each.

These shares were issued on a preferential basis to BCP Asia II TopCo IV Pte. Ltd. and Centella Mauritius Holdings Ltd., the company said in an exchange filing.
