APL Apollo Tubes Ltd. reported a 72% year-on-year rise in net profit to ₹2.93 billion for the quarter ended March 2025, up from ₹1.70 billion a year ago, driven by higher sales and better operating efficiencies.
Revenue for the quarter rose 15.6% to ₹55.09 billion, while EBITDA surged 47.5% to ₹4.13 billion from ₹2.80 billion a year earlier. The company’s operating margin improved to 7.5% from 5.9%.
To support growth, the board has approved a capital expenditure of ₹15.0 billion. The investment will raise manufacturing capacity from 4.5 million tonnes to 6.8 million tonnes.
APL Apollo also declared a final dividend of ₹5.75 per share for 2024-2025.
