Alembic Pharma CFO R.K. Baheti Steps Down, To Continue As Director Of Finance

Alembic Pharmaceuticals Ltd. on Monday said R.K. Baheti has stepped down as chief financial officer but will continue as director of finance in an executive capacity.

The move is part of a planned leadership succession within the finance function, the company said in an exchange filing.
