TCS Wraps Up FY25 With Record Deal Wins, Steady India Growth

Tata Consultancy Services ended 2024-25 with ₹644.79 billion in revenue for the March quarter, a slight uptick from ₹639.73 billion in the previous three months. Net profit dipped a bit to ₹122.24 billion from ₹123.80 billion, while the operating margin slipped to 24.2% from 24.5%.
TCS reported its highest-ever quarterly deal wins, signing contracts worth $12.2 billion in total value. The board has proposed a final dividend of ₹30 per share, pushing the full-year payout to ₹126.
Revenue from the BFSI vertical rose to ₹242.57 billion. Manufacturing and consumer segments posted modest gains, while communications slipped to ₹110.22 billion. On a constant currency basis, regional markets and others grew 22.5% on the year, with India revenue jumping 33%.
For the full fiscal year, revenue totalled ₹2.55 trillion, while net profit stood at ₹485.53 billion. As of March 31, the company’s headcount was 6,07,979. Attrition ticked up to 13.3%.
