United Breweries Sells 8 Acres in Hyderabad for ₹800 Million

United Breweries Limited said it has completed the sale of 8 acres of industrial land in the Nacharam Industrial Area, Hyderabad. The deal, previously cleared by the Board and subject to conditions, was executed on January 19, 2026.

The land was sold to Topsun Solar Private Limited for ₹800 million, the company said in a press release to the exchanges.

As the company had no business operations on the land, the sale will not affect its ongoing operations, it added.
