Rajkumar Beniwal Resigns as Director of Adani Ports with Immediate Effect

Adani Ports said Rajkumar Beniwal has stepped down as director of the company with immediate effect, according to an exchange filing. 
The resignation follows an order issued by the General Administrative Department of the Government of Gujarat on December 23, 2025.
Beniwal submitted his resignation on December 29, 2025, which the company received on January 19, 2026, it added.
