Zen Technologies To Buy Majority Stake In TISA Aerospace For ₹65.6 Million

Zen Technologies Ltd. on Saturday said its board has approved an investment of up to ₹65.6 million to acquire a 54.67% stake in TISA Aerospace Pvt. Ltd. through the purchase of 206,518 equity shares from existing shareholders.

The board has also cleared a proposal to acquire 400,000 units of 6% compulsory convertible debentures issued by TISA Aerospace, the company said in a stock exchange filing.
