Wipro Ltd. has increased its shareholder payout to 70% of net income, calculated cumulatively over a three-year period, up from the earlier range of 45-50%, the company said in its 2024-25 annual report released Saturday. The revised payout ratio will be maintained through a mix of dividends and share buybacks.

The IT services company said it had already paid an interim dividend of ₹6 per share during the October-December quarter and had issued a one-for-one bonus share in the July-September quarter of 2024-25.

Wipro had been maintaining a 45-50% payout ratio since 2020-21, while the figure stood at 48% between 2015-16 and 2019-20. The payout was 41% in 2014-15.
