TVS Motor Ups Stake In TVS Supply Chain Via Block Deal

TVS Motor Co. Ltd. on Tuesday picked up 3.95 million shares—or nearly 1% stake—in TVS Supply Chain Solutions through a block deal on the National Stock Exchange, paying ₹144 per share for a total outlay of ₹568.8 million.

The deal was struck at a premium to the stock's spot price. With this, TVS Motor's stake in the company has gone up to 5.3%. The shares were offloaded by Authum Investment & Infrastructure.
