Tejas Networks MD & CEO Resigns; Arnob Roy To Step In As Interim CEO

Tejas Networks Ltd. on Friday said its Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer Anand Athreya has resigned, citing personal reasons. His resignation will take effect on June 20.

In the interim, the company has assigned additional responsibilities to its Chief Operating Officer Arnob Roy, who will serve as the chief executive officer until a successor is appointed.
