Signature Global Board To Mull NCD Issue On June 26

Signature Global (India) Ltd. on Friday said its board will meet on June 26 to consider a proposal to raise funds via issuance of listed non-convertible debentures on a private placement basis.

The proposed fundraise is subject to necessary approvals, the company said in an exchange filing.
